What small light bars do you have that would be suitable in a sauna?
I would recommend you to use low power led strip. You can use low current (12V and 24V) led strips, that are IP65 and installed in an aluminium profile. Do not install the led strip above the back rest as it starts to get too hot for the strip above that point. We recommend you use heat resistant cable in connections and heat shrink tubing to seal the connections. Transformer should also be IP65 or above and installed under the seating or on to another room.
